I do believe I recognise this as a factory made fringe as some of the other girls here have commented. You would find this, or something very similar in a JoAnn's or other fabric/craft store. Take the pic with you and ask for help. You'll find something you like. With a design like that, you'll love it!Nancy in ILhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03615924252768396239noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4957834360293501452.post-89178023184964767652011-04-08T12:19:56.232-07:002011-04-08T12:19:56.232-07:00Such an adorable Easter knob knocker! You take the...I've seen that technique before. You take the embroidery floss (all 6 strands together) double the length that you want the hanger. Tape one end to a table with scotch tape and twist the floss tightly with your fingers. Use your other hand to hold the floss in the middle and then bring the other end up to the end that is currently taped to the table. Keep holding it in the middle so it doesn't unwind (this will now be the other end of your ribbon). Release the hand in the middle. The floss will twist nicely. Remove the tape and knot the end.

The best part is, if you mess up, you can always unravel the floss and try again.Joyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02472525698334696718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4957834360293501452.post-77021766675710524992011-04-07T20:43:09.221-07:002011-04-07T20:43:09.221-07:00It looks a lot like a fringe that you would find i...It looks a lot like a fringe that you would find in the home decor section of a JoAnns.
