I'm not the biggest hockey fan but I can't resist when Canadians are playing with Russians. Today they beat Russians 6 to 1 in an almost perfect game. They did not just won the gold but they won all 10 games. For that perfect score they got one million Swiss Franc worth about three million Canadian Dollars. I'm so proud to be Canadian!
I'm also not particularly a hockey fan, but I always pay attention when there is a Canadian team (as opposed to an NHL team) playing somewhere. Yay us!

ReplyDeleteCongrats from Germany. Best team won! I love to watch icehockey since my youth and remeber players like Wayne Gretzky and Phil Esposito.
