So it is time to evaluate our year so far with our goals and objectives (never mind the
new year’s resolutions which likely didn’t last until February…) and to
take action to get back on track if necessary. It’s a great
opportunity to do some hard thinking over our finances, our diet, our
career and other aspects of our life that we might want to improve.
Let's make the second half of the year count!
I start to walk more and I'm trying to make 10,000 steps a day starting this month. So far it happen only once but every day I do around 8,000. I think when I get more fit it will be easier. Frosty loves our longer walks!
On the stitching front I was working on Kind, Honest and Good. Here is my progress:

You're not far off 10,000 steps already so I'm sure that's achievable this year. I did walk five miles today but that's unusual, I have got very lazy since my son went to High School and I don't have to do the school walk anymore.

Keep trying to hit the 10,000 steps. I used to do marathons. They aren't hard;you just have to train properly and keep putting one foot in front of the other. Love the sampler colors.
