Pay It Forward Art-making Project for 2014

My life was hectic last few months and outrages in the last ten days. I couldn't sleep, my mind was going a hundred miles an hour. I just wanted to cry and throw up. Finally it's all over and I'm glad 'it' has ended the way it did. I will not go into details I'm not a whiner, but believe me - my sanity was in real danger. Hopefully I'd learn my lesson.

This morning in the Blogland I came across Pay It Forward Art-making Project for 2014. I am so ready for fun and playing. These are the rules:
I promise to make a small work of art for the first five people who comment on this post and say “YES, I want in”. A ‘like’ alone is not enough of a commitment, nor is a comment about thinking Pay It Forward is a great idea. You must in turn post this as your status update and make something for the first five who comment on your status. The rules are simple: – It has to be your work, made by you, and the recipient must receive it before 2014 ends. – It can be anything art-based: a drawing/illustration or a conceptual work of art, a photograph, a knitted item, cross-stitch, paper maché – or anything in between. I’m paying this forward thanks to Deborah Weber
First five, GO!

PS. It doesn’t matter if you aren’t an artist, try something out, Google/ YouTube how to make stuff, step out of those boundaries.

So long my friends,
Evalina

Please, don't count me in, I have already too much on my plate. And besides this, I always get trouble with our customs office when receiveing something from overseas.

    1. If you like it, just do it ♥ We have 6 months to finish our little projects and it could be just anything. It could be a bookmark, a card, an ornament, just about anything made by you. Creative writing counts too!

  11. My heart goes out to you. I truly hope that you are not haunted by unpleasant memories now, whatever that problem was. You are a good person who helps others. You, just like Madonna and other celebrities, will re-invent yourself and make a full recovery.
I have found that as I get older I unfortunately remember more of the mistakes I have made in life. I just tell myself that they are no longer happening, but it can be hard to find that personal strength and grit at times. Not whining but letting you know that you are not alone in dealing with Life's Hard Lessons. Hang on tight.
I shall not promise to take part in your Pay It Forward project this time, because I have to try really hard in my university studies. Mature age seems to make studying a bit (lot) more difficult. I shall promise though to make five somethings for five people not expecting anything from me. I will keep the spirit of Pay It Forward, and I am grateful that you reminded me to look outwards towards others.

  15. So pleased things are getting better for you. I found your blog through the A-Z Challenge back in April this year and connected to your cross stitching and your memorial to ZoomZoom (all of us cat owners have a special cat who leaves a big hole in our hearts when they pass). I noticed you were not posting much recently but thought you had gone back to your stitch and stash projects. I would love to participate in the Pay it Forward Art Project and receive something from you if you have a space left for me? pempispalace@yahoo.co.uk
