I really like them and despite the difficulty with those big holes (I changed to bigger needle and it helped, thank you guys) I would stitch it again.
And the back doesn't look so bad either...
I was kind of worry how all this back stitching will look on the back of the towel, specially when it really can't be hidden... but I think it looks just fine.
I also finished Summer Ornament for the exchange in ILCS group. Can't show it though, until it reaches the person it was stitched for.
And here is something for those who would like to visit the North someday... (hit play on the bottom of the screen)
Congrats on your finish....they are really cute and you did a wonderful job on it.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful finish Evalina, that design is so cute. And the back looks fine :-)
ReplyDeleteVery cute finish! The back looks fine, but you could always interface a piece of ribbon to the back if it really bothers you.
ReplyDeleteYour finish is lovely Evalina, well done!
ReplyDeleteJust adorable :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your first towel finish. I have seen some people cover the back of the stitching with a piece of iron on interfacing to protect the stitches.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your finish. It turned out really nice. I think the back looks fine, too.
