Thanks Evalina.
ReplyDeleteI think if I had one piece of advice to offer people involved in caretaking it would be find ways to get help. Caring for someone, especially someone you love dearly is challenging on so many levels, and can become overwhelming and isolating. So getting needed respite is important. I love that you're taking the opportunity of this A-to-Z challenge Evalina to provide some needed education and personal perspective.
