International Hermit and Stitch Weekend

After my hard work now I can just hermit and stitch. Outside it is pitch black, sun doesn't rise until 10:07 this morning and will set at 3:47 PM. We are so close to the winter solstice and the longest night of the year. I think I will keep stitching until morning darkness is gone and some, then I will switch to Christmas preparations. I'm planning to finish today Heart's Secret, there very little left to do:

And then I can work on Pirate Santa that also doesn't require much time to finish.

So long my friends,
Evalina

  1. When I'm walking my dog after work at 5 PM and it's already dark I've been anxiously awaiting the winter solstice, but after you tell the length of your days - well, I'm a wee bit happier with what I have! I still wish we could take our walk in daylight, though, lol.

Heart's Secret is going to be so beautiful. Can't wait to see your finish.

  5. Heart's Secret is looking fantastic. So does the Santa.
That's a lot of dark hours you're having there. Great for getting some stitching done though :)
