Happy Saturday!

Thanks God it is weekend! I have so many plans for those couple days and so little time... To keep myself sane I'm taking a few relaxing breaks and do some stitching. Here is my progress on the Frederick:

Yesterday we had our first spring rain. The clouds were building up quickly and look very dramatic above the lake. And because I live by the lake I grabbed the camera and here are a few more pics from last night.

Hello from the north of 60

Finally the winter and almost all snow is gone! Long days are back and I feel full of energy. I think that's good because I'm writing couple of exams (June 11th and 12th). During summer I'm taking only one course (Business Law) so I can enjoy those summer months a little... go hiking and do some stitching and reading.

Finally, my first finish in 2009...

My Asian Scene is all done! It took me a while since I started stitching it on New Years day. Now I have to make a final finish decision. The stitching area is 9” x 13” and I think I will take my Buddha to the framer on Monday… unless… I will have another brilliant idea or maybe someone will offer a suggestion…
